The Centre on Monday accused the CBI of presenting fundamentally wrong facts regarding PSU Hindustan Zinc’s disinvestment during the Vajpayee government’s tenure and said it had misled the Supreme Court to direct registration of a fresh FIR for probe into alleged irregularities.
